1.1          Our prices are in U.K. £ Sterling and are subject to alterations without prior notice

1.2          There is no minimum order value associated with our site

1.3          We accept payment by Paypal, postal order, cheque and BACS payment.   Please make cheques and postal orders payable to The Heart Shack Ltd

1.4          Cheque payments from customers must clear before order despatch. This can take up to seven working days

 

2.1          Items are available at the point of purchase 99% of the time.  Sometimes mis-counts can happen.  In these circumstances a full refund will be given

2.2          The photographs contained on this website are provided to give as true a representation of our products as possible.  Computer settings and flash photography used in certain circumstances may slightly alter the colours in our images

 

3.1          For all items that you are returning to us, for whatever reason, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting.  We cannot refund items that get lost in the post where you have not obtained proof of posting

3.2          If we have made a mistake with your order, or items are received faulty, please let us know and we will work to correct the error immediately and replace or refund the items.  Photographic evidence or a return of item will be required.  The Sale of Goods Act states that you have the right to return goods if they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for the purpose intended or are not as described

3.3          In addition to the Sale of Goods Act retail customers are covered by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. This allows you to return your goods or inform us by e-mail or letter of your intention to cancel your order within a period of seven days of receipt.  We accept returns within a period of 28 days.  Returned items should be in perfect, unused condition. Refunds will be made for the item only, not for Postage and Packing charges.  Where items are not faulty, Postage and Packing charges are the full responsibility of the buyer

3.4          Replacement goods in exchange for returns, where the order is correct and the items not faulty, will be considered a new order and subject to our standard postage and packing charges

3.5          We accept returns


4.1          We aim to dispatch orders within three working days of receipt of payment from the buyer

4.2          Delivery is usually via Royal Mail.  Delivery is free for orders over £30

4.3          Items that go missing in the post will only be investigated after 2 full weeks have elapsed from postage date in the UK, and 3 full weeks have elapsed from postage date outside of the UK

 

5.1          We only accept orders from outside of the UK in Sterling. Any other foreign currency cannot be accepted. We cannot accept cheques or money orders drawn on foreign banks

5.2          Please note that all import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will not falsify records or split orders into numerous packages in order to minimise your liability for duty or other payments
